Eight Inspiring Nights of Hanukkah

Join us for a full week of Hanukkah festivities! Each night, we will come together in the B'nai Torah parking lot for a drive-in candle lighting. Candle lightings will also be available via Zoom and live stream. At each lighting, we will highlight a different cohort in our community with special honors and programming!

Every candle lighting is open to the entire community!

Hanukkah Festivities Schedule - Please register below for any and all candle lighting experiences and events that you'd like to join! Please Note - there is a max of 40 cars per in-person candle lighting, but virtual candle lighting spots are unlimited. Register below to save your spot or receive the candle lighting Zoom information.

 Thursday, December 10 - Spotlight on B'nai Torah 20s and 30s
6:00 - Drive-In and Virtual Candle Lighting
7:30 PM - Virtual Mixology Demo with Mixologist, Rachael Green

Join us as Professional Mixologist, Rachael Green, demonstrates how to make a few Hanukkah-themed cocktails and mocktails that you can enjoy during the holiday season! She will demonstrate a drink called "Jewish Gelt" and an Apple Spice Old Fashioned. We are thrilled to partner with Hillels of Georgia for this event. Click here to register!

Please Note: Due to safety and sanitization restrictions, all dinner purchases will be taken by pre-order ONLY by Thursday, December 10, and there will be NO refunds. All food can be picked up in the B'nai Torah parking lot after the candle lighting, and must be taken to go. Sparkle Sandy Springs Drive-Thru Parade - Sunday, December 6 from 6:00-8:00 PM
The City of Sandy Springs will continue its annual tradition of a holiday Sparkle Village on the City Green and has reimagined the 2020 Sparkle Parade as a drive-thru experience. We hope you'll drive by and wave to our B'nai Torah staff who will be part of the parade! Click here for more information.

Tour the Old City of Jerusalem This Hanukkah - A Free Live Virtual Tour - Sunday, December 13 at 9:30 AM
Join the Atlanta Israel Coalition, the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and promotional partners for a FREE virtual tour of the Old City of Jerusalem. This tour, led by David Sussman Israel Tours, will be engaging for families and people of all ages. We will walk through the streets of the Old City leading up to the Kotel, or Western Wall. We will meet local residents of the Old City and discover how they celebrate Hanukkah. We will watch the official Hanukkah candle-lighting ceremony at the Western Wall. Hanukkah Virtual Healing Service - Sunday, December 6 at 4:30 PM
Join Rabbi Heller to find hope and healing through Jewish music, meditation and sacred texts. This service is geared towards any person who seeks strength to overcome their own physical or emotional challenges or feels the burden of having to care for others. We will pay special attention to the emotions of the Hanukkah season as we work to bring more light to our lives. This service will take place in the Virtual Synagogue.
