ECHAD or the Early Childhood Activities Department encompasses programming for our youngest congregants. These programs are designed for families that have children ages 0-5 years. Siblings and other family members are always welcome!

We can't wait for you to explore your spiritual home in new ways!
B'nai Babies programming is designed to help you create a community of people with whom you will raise your kids, spend quality time as a family and with peers around a shared purpose, as well as introduce your child to Hebrew, familiar melodies, and experiences rooted in our traditions.

In addition to all of our ECHAD programming, B'nai Babies programs include:

Tired of being at home? Looking for another way to keep you and baby busy? Opening November 4, this lounge will be located off of the Youth Atrium.

Every Saturday at 10:30AM, enjoy Tot Shabbat as a family. For the kids, there’s dancing, a Torah parade, introduction to Hebrew language and prayer, and time to play with friends. For you, there are familiar tunes and songs, sharing spiritual time with your family, and time to schmooze with friends. Plus, we always finish with challah and grape juice! After Tot Shabbat, join the full B’nai Torah community for Kiddush lunch.

We know mornings can be hectic, so come chill (and chase after your kids) with other young families on Shabbat from 4-5PM. Meet in the Youth Atrium.

Upcoming sessions:
November 8
December 13
January 10
February 14

As your baby grows, so does your family's experience with B'nai Torah!

ECHAD programs are designed to help you create a community of people with whom your kids will grow, spend quality time as a family and with peers around a shared purpose, enjoy familiar melodies and experiences rooted in our traditions, as well as introduce your preschooler to Shabbat, Jewish holidays and Hebrew language.

ECHAD families can look forward to:

Your potty-trained preschooler or kindergartener will feel like a big kid at their very own service. Led by teens, Mini Minyan builds Hebrew vocabulary and cultivates the idea of prayer and gratitude. The service includes an age-appropriate siddur and lots of movement to keep kids engaged. Plus, we always finish with challah and grape juice! After Tot Shabbat, join the full B’nai Torah community for Kiddush lunch.
