  • BACK TO SCHOOL MITZVAH DAY KICK -OFF 08/08/2010

    - Social Action invites you to bring school supplies that can fit into shoe boxes as they will be making school boxes for the kids at Lake Forest Elementary. Pencils, erasers, mini notebooks, glue...stickers to decorate...

    - In another corner of the room we'll be tie dyeing scarves for kids undergoing treatment for cancer.

    - And outside we'll have a chance to see our new GAN and participate in some 'ground breaking' activities to help it grow.

    Members and Prospective Members welcome.
    Child friendly chicken nugget meal for kids and chicken dinner for adults.

B'nai Torah is hosting a USY on Wheels bus for the nights of August 4th and 5th. USY on Wheels is a cross country teen tour that provides Jewish teens with an incredible summer experience.

The Congregational Gan is ready to break ground! Come join this exciting project by 1. purchasing a bed to grow your own produce, herbs and flowers, 2. donating funds to sponsor one of the congregational beds to fulfill the mitzvah of feeding the hungry or 3. volunteer to tend and harvest produce for those in our community who are in need.
