The “Renewed” Jew - Zionism and the contemporary Jewish teenager: Over 100 years ago, Theodore Herzl and the founders of Zionism cultivated the concept of a “New Jew” - powerful in mind and body, prepared to assert the right of the Jewish people to establishing a modern Jewish state in our historical homeland.  In this session, we will hear from current teenagers precisely how and why they are uniquely positioned to apply these principles in the 21st century and offer the leadership necessary to meet the current challenges facing Israel and Jews in the diaspora.
