Learn Hebrew at B'nai Torah

Zipora Rainisch is teaching two intermediate Hebrew classes at B'nai Torah beginning in February 2020. There will be 15 sessions of each class. The courses are $180 each. Each class needs a minimum of six participants to begin.

Course Options

Course Option 1: Conversational Hebrew for Adults
When: Tuesdays beginning February 4 from 7:00-8:00 PM

In this intermediate level class, we will learn to use basic Hebrew verbs, nouns and adjectives used in daily conversations. We will learn how to understand a menu, order food in a restaurant, pay your check, buy groceries in a "shuk" or supermarket or clothes in a store and more! Click here to register! 

Course Option 2: To Read and To Bless
When: Wednesdays beginning February 5 from 7:00-8:00 PM

We've said these prayers for years. This is a chance to learn more about what we're saying! In this intermediate level class, we will learn to read and chant the prayers with the appropriate melodies and understand the basic concepts and content of each prayer. Click here to register! 

About Our Teacher, Zipora Rainisch

Zipora Rainisch was born in Israel. She served in the Israel Air Force and later graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Following her graduation, she worked for the Israel Institute of Meteorology in Beth Dagan, Israel. Ms. Rainisch also hold a Masters degree in Education from Tel Aviv University. Upon moving to the USA, she was the Religious School Principal at Adas Yeshurun Synagogue in Augusta, GA. After moving to Atlanta, she taught Hebrew at Davis Academy, and Zipora currently teaches Hebrew to adults at Congregation B'nai Torah.
