Twenty-seven year old Annie Lipsitz, daughter of our members Perla Lipsitz Brett and Ron Lipsitz has leukemia and is in need of a bone marrow donor so she can receive the transplant that can save her life. Annie's best chance of finding a genetic match lies with donors of Eastern European descent, but volunteers of all backgrounds are encouraged to join the donor registry. The Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation will be hosting a recruitment drive at CBT on August 15th during the "CBT 30th Birthday & Back to Shul Bash" from noon until 5:00 pm.
