Welcome to the Congregation B'nai Torah (CBT) Brotherhood. Brotherhood is an excellent way to meet other members of the Shul on an informal basis. We offer a wide variety of programming, ranging from fun and recreational to learning to community and Tzedakah. Some of our programs will be guys-only, while others will be family-oriented or in conjunction with other CBT groups.

For example, we have breakfast meetings, with speakers of interest to not only CBT, but also the Jewish community at large. From a ruach perspective, the Brotherhood is responsible for High Holiday ushering, building the CBT Sukkah and organizing the annual Sukkah Building contest. Within the community, Brotherhood organizes several blood drives each year. On the recreational side, Brotherhood sponsors a softball team and basketball team in the respective MJCCA synagogue leagues.

Hopefully this gives you an idea of the vibrancy of the CBT Brotherhood and types of programming you can expect. Be on the lookout for upcoming events, with notices being available on the activity board at CBT, via e-mail, in the weekly Shabbat announcements and in the Brotherhood article in the B'nai Today.

The Brotherhood looks forward to more people becoming actively involved. All questions can be directed to:
